We build scalable, robust systems, driven by our customers and market analysis. We like to keep an array of multi-cultural snacks, break for Kaffee und Kuchen nearly daily and have an assortment of in-house extensions for our hubot robot, frodo.

rentLEVER, a fast growing vacation rental company headquartered in San Francisco, is looking to grow our customer service team with motivated and experienced go getters. You will provide the highest level of customer service to our guest travelers and owners while building rentLEVER’s customer service protocols. You bring an extensive background in hospitality and invaluable customer service expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
  • Two to three years of experience in hospitality and/or vacation rentals
  • Ability to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • A positive, proactive and professional attitude with passion for customer service and satisfaction
  • Competency and familiarity working with property systems and diverse types of software
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm in stressful situations and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve challenging situations
  • Enthusiastic attitude toward the travel industry is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and welcoming first impressions to our guests

In the Customer Success Manager I position, you will be responsible for maintaining Home Owner Client relationships from onboarding of homes through rental management and marketing. A Customer Success Manager must be organized, resourceful, hard working, and have outstanding people skills. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to transform the rentLEVER product by (1) creating new ideas for the owner web-based login, (2) managing client communication, and (3) looking for ways to easily scale the business.

You are responsible for pre-guest check-in and post guest checkouts ensuring our homes are in good order, secure and presentable for the next guests' amazing vacation stay. The ideal candidate has a genuine hospitality mindset and an eye for detail.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year hospitality, housekeeping and/or real estate experience
  • Able to work some holidays and weekends
  • Comfortable and proficient with online tools

Responsibilities:

  • Assess home's guest readiness (cleanliness, presentation) utilizing a checklist and your eye for detail
  • Inspect and inventory homes after guest departure for cleanliness level and/or any damage
  • Document any damages on checkout checklist
  • Stock homes with necessary supplies as part of guest welcome kit
  • Enhance and leverage rentLEVER's company culture to enhance operational efficiency and performance
